Senior Yoga
As we get older we will face hormonal changes as well as changes in bone composition, osteoporosis, movement problems and joint soreness.
Yoga exercises will improve blood supply in your bones, help get rid of joint soreness and improve your mood as well.
Who is it recommended to?
Mainly for 50 and above!
